How to Fix & Resubmit

1. Verify if the patient has made the necessary premium payment to the Health Insurance Exchange.
2. Contact the payer to confirm the status of the premium payment and the grace period end date.
3. Monitor the claim's status and wait for the payer to reverse or correct the claim after the grace period ends.
4. Do not submit a corrected claim or appeal until the premium payment status is confirmed.
5. Once the grace period concludes, check if the claim needs reprocessing based on payment status.
